About This Coffee

Bondi Blend is our signature medium roast, crafted to perform beautifully as both espresso and filter coffee. By combining carefully selected Brazilian and Ugandan coffees, the result is a balanced cup with sweetness, body and a smooth finish.

Meet the Farmers

🇧🇷 Brazil – Nolamo Estate

The Brazilian component comes from the Mio Estate in Monte Santo de Minas, where Arabica coffee is grown between 900 and 1,100 metres above sea level.

Using natural processing method, the coffee develops a creamy body with notes of roasted nuts and chocolate while supporting an environmentally conscious production through minimal water use.

🇺🇬 Uganda – Katanda Community

The Ugandan coffee is sourced from around 1,000 smallholder farmers in the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains.

Processed by Agri Evolve using a fully washed method, these coffees contribute sweetness, balance and complexity while supporting projects that improve local infrastructure, including access to clean water.
