About This Coffee

Gold Coast Kick showcases the incredible quality of Brazilian speciality coffee from Fazenda Mió in Monte Santo de Minas.

Using a natural processing method, the coffee cherries are dried with minimal water, allowing the natural sweetness and character of the coffee to shine through.

The result is a smooth, creamy and approachable cup with a beautiful balance of chocolate, nuttiness and caramel sweetness.

🇧🇷 Brazil – Fazenda Mió

Our coffee comes from Fazenda Mió, located in Monte Santo de Minas, Brazil, a region recognised for producing some of the world's finest Arabica coffees.

Situated between the Cerrado and Atlantic Forest biomes, the farm sits between 900 and 1,100 metres above sea level, creating ideal conditions for growing speciality coffee.

Mió is a female-led producer focused on sustainability, traceability and protecting the environment around the farm. Through careful farming practices, they balance coffee production with preserving native forest and supporting the natural ecosystem.

Their commitment to quality can be seen throughout every stage of production, from responsible water management to innovative processing techniques that bring out the best flavours in each coffee.
