Meet the Producers

🇧🇷 Brazil – Fazenda Mió

Our Brazilian coffee comes from Fazenda Mió in Monte Santo de Minas, one of Brazil's most respected coffee-growing regions.

Using a natural processing method, the coffee cherries are dried with minimal water, creating a sweet and creamy cup with flavours of roasted nuts and chocolate.

Mió is a female-led coffee producer focused on sustainability, traceability and protecting the natural environment around the farm. The estate carefully balances coffee production with native forest preservation, creating a future-focused approach to speciality coffee.

🇲🇽 Mexico – Ensambles Ñuu Savi

From the mountainous region of Oaxaca, Mexico, this coffee represents generations of Mixtec farming traditions.

The Ñuu Savi community views coffee as more than a crop—it is part of their cultural heritage and connection with the land. Coffee plants are grown using traditional polyculture systems, alongside fruit trees and native crops, creating a natural ecosystem that protects biodiversity.

Grown at high altitudes between 1,400 and 1,900 metres, this washed coffee adds sweetness, balance and complexity to the blend.

🇺🇬 Uganda – Rwenzori Mountains

Our Ugandan coffee comes from the Katanda farming community in the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains.

Around 1,000 smallholder farmers cultivate coffee across small family farms before their cherries are processed by Agri Evolve at the Nyabirongo washing station.

Using a fully washed process, this coffee brings clarity and structure to the blend while supporting a community where long-term relationships and sustainable farming practices are at the heart of production.
